Help us save our small town from a big supermarket!
In April 2013, South Lakeland District Council approved – by just one vote – a planning application to build a giant supermarket on the historic site of the old Hartley’s Brewery in the heart of Ulverston’s conservation area. This will wreck our town.
We are launching a legal challenge to this decision. We are advised that our case is very strong – but we need £10,400 to carry it through.
